Ezcad design size is not same with red light show size & Marking size

Solution of EZCAD Drawing size is not same with Red pointer size and Marking size

When we draw one square in EZCAD software of Laser Marking Machine, for example 100*100MM

The red line Show size is 90*80mm;Marking size is also 90*80mm.It is not same with ezcad drawing size.

Solution:

First click F3,Field,see following photo
Galvo2=X ,it is X axis cross axle
Galvo1=X ,it is Y axis vertical axis

First Choose Galvo 2=X,It mean corss axle(X axis) choose ,modify the Goal marking size into 100,Real Marking size is 90mm.Click Okay

Second Choose Galvo 1=X,It mean vertical axle(Y axis) choose ,modify the Goal marking size into 100,Real Marking size is 80mm.Click Okay

Then the parameter will be adjust well.

If you don’t modify the Galvo 1=X and Galvo 2=X parameter, pls don’t click Okay, just need click “Cancel”.It is important.

If you click okay,it will change the parameter auto, the red line, marking size will not correct again.

EZCAD Software show Can Not Find the LMC1 Drive?

EZCAD Software show Can Not Find the LMC1 Drive?

When open ezcad software,it show can’t find the LMC1 Driver.

Here are the solution to check this problem.

1) USB line problem, After the device is powered off, re-plug the cable and restart it; Or just change the USB line.

2)  Software is broken. Delete all EzCad software in computer, copy new one and install the drive.

3) Control board is broken: After opening the hardware device manager, the hardware driver of the board cannot be found, there is no hardware prompt after re-plugging, or the prompt does not recognize the hardware. In this case, consider replacing the new board.

Fiber Laser Marking Machine’s Red dot is running, but no marking?

Red dot is running, but no marking?
5/5
Operation problem:

First, check if the material can absorb the 1064nm laser wavelength.
Second, if on the correct focus distance marking? What’s the output laser power? If it is bigger lens? Usually the laser will be weaker for bigger lens, also the depth of focus is relatively shallow, prone to this situation.
Third, check the marking content, if it is JPG or BMP format picture.
How to check on this situation? Use a piece of stainless steel, type TEXT, HATCH line distance is 0.05, laser power is 80%, speed is 500, chose Continue, then marking, up and down the marking head, will find where the problem from.

Laser source problem

If all the above 2 checked well, then will be laser source problem.

Fist, cut off the whole machine for 5 minutes, then reboot, if still can not mark, then need to check the laser source. Put the white dimming paper below the marking head, if can see the green laser spot. If can not, then laser source problem, further troubleshooting is required to resolve the problem either by laser failure or laser power failure
