3000W Anti-High-Reflection Fiber Laser Cutter for Gold & Silver Jewelry
Pure gold and pure silver aren't like standard stainless steel — they need a laser built for reflective precious metal, not a general-purpose cutter.
A compact 200×300mm enclosed cutter for pendants, name necklaces, charms and custom blanks. Send your material thickness and DXF drawing — we'll test your design before you order.
Why pure gold and pure silver are harder to cut
Pure gold and pure silver do not cut like normal stainless steel. They reflect more laser energy, conduct heat faster, and the material cost is much higher. For a jewelry workshop, the real question isn't whether the laser can cut through the sheet — it's whether it can cut steadily, with less waste, and with an edge that doesn't create extra polishing work.
High reflectivity
Gold and silver reflect part of the laser energy instead of absorbing it. A standard source can still cut the odd test piece — but not day after day.
Fast heat conduction
Heat moves away from the cut line almost as fast as the laser delivers it. Get the power or speed slightly wrong and you'll see it right away — an incomplete cut or a rough edge.
No room for unstable cutting
This isn't scrap steel — it's priced by the gram. A burned edge or a reject part on gold sheet costs a lot more than the same mistake on mild steel.
After testing different precious-metal jobs, we don't recommend choosing a laser cutter for pure gold and pure silver by wattage alone. The laser source type, its protection against reflection, gas setting and tested parameters matter more than the number on the spec sheet.
Not a normal 3000W laser source
This machine isn't using a standard 3KW fiber laser source. It's equipped with a 3000W anti-high-reflection fiber laser source, which is more suitable for pure gold, pure silver, brass, copper-based metals and other reflective materials. For stainless steel or carbon steel, a standard laser source may be enough — but for precious metals, the laser source matters. You're not only buying power. You're buying a safer, more stable cutting solution for high-value material.
| Standard 3KW Laser Source | 3000W Anti-High-Reflection Source |
|---|---|
| Mainly used for common metals | Better suited for gold, silver, brass, copper and other reflective metals |
| May struggle when cutting highly reflective materials regularly | Designed with better protection against reflected laser energy |
| Easy to compare only by wattage and price | Should be compared by material suitability, stability and cutting risk |
| Not our first recommendation for daily pure gold / silver cutting | Recommended for repeated precious-metal jewelry cutting |
| Lower initial cost | Better long-term choice when material loss is expensive |
Real cutting samples for gold and silver jewelry
Before choosing a machine for pure gold or silver jewelry, most customers want to see the real cutting result first. These sample jobs give you a clearer idea of the edge condition, small details and hollow patterns on pendants, name necklaces, 925 silver pieces, K gold parts and brass accessories.

Close-up of the cut edge
Take a closer look at the edge. For jewelry cutting, a cleaner edge usually means less polishing work later.

Pure gold pendant
Shows how the machine handles small curves, clean outlines and pendant shapes in pure gold.

925 silver name necklace
A good sample for checking letter connections, small corners and cut quality on fine text.

Hollow pattern cutting
Useful for checking small openings, inner cuts and detail consistency on decorative parts.
If you already have a design, send us the drawing and material thickness. We can test it first and send you photos or video before you decide.
Who is this machine made for?
Being upfront here saves everyone time — this machine is built for precious-metal jewelry work, not general sheet metal.

Machine details that affect cutting quality
For gold and silver jewelry cutting, the result isn't decided by laser power alone. The source, cutting head, worktable, cooling, fixture and gas setup all affect whether the cut is stable, clean and repeatable — these are the parts we normally go through with customers before confirming the configuration.

Made for reflective precious metals
A 3000W anti-high-reflection source, not a standard 3KW unit — better suited to gold, silver, brass and copper.

Stable cutting for small parts
A RayTools head that controls focus and stability on small curves, letters and hollow designs.

Compact size for jewelry
200×300mm for pendants, charms, name necklaces and small blanks — not a large sheet cutter.

Safer, more contained cutting
The enclosed structure protects the operator and keeps the cutting area controlled during daily work.

Stable cooling for the source
Keeps the 3000W source at a proper temperature, which matters for continuous cutting.

Keeps thin sheet flat
Thin gold and silver sheet needs to stay flat — the fixture reduces movement and improves consistency.

Save parameters for repeat jobs
Once a material is tested, its cutting parameters can be saved for repeated jewelry designs.

Cleaner wiring & smoke control
The cabinet keeps the main components organized; the extraction helps remove cutting smoke from the work area.
Specifications, materials & support
Once the cutting sample looks right, most customers check the configuration, supported materials and after-sales support. Here's the basic setup for this 3000W anti-high-reflection jewelry cutter — final details can be confirmed against your material, thickness and production need.
| Material | Application |
