What metals can it cut, and how thick?
It cuts 925 silver, 18K gold, brass and stainless steel up to 3 mm — though 1–2 mm gives the best edge quality. The right speed and result depend on the metal, its thickness and the design, so send your file and we'll check it.
Do I need a water chiller?
No. The machine is air-cooled, so there's no separate water chiller to fit, fill or maintain. It saves bench space and keeps daily upkeep simple.
What software does it run?
It runs from a control system that imports standard vector files (DXF, AI and others). You lay out the design, set power and speed, and run the job. We send setup videos and guidance so your team can learn it quickly.
Can you test-cut my own design first?
Yes. Send your drawing, material and thickness, and we'll run a cutting test and send you photos or video of the result before you order. If you need a physical sample shipped, we can arrange that separately.
Is it hard to operate if I've never used a laser?
No. If you can use design software and follow a few setup steps, you can run it. We provide setup videos, online training, English support and parameter guidance for different metals and thicknesses.
How is it shipped, and how long does it take?
It's crated and shipped from our factory in Jinan, China, with door-to-door options available. Lead time and freight depend on your country and order — message us with your location for a clear timeline and quote.
What's the warranty and after-sales support?
