Stainless Steel Laser Sandblasting Machine
Even matte finishes on metal — no grit, no chemicals, no rework.
One 1300×2500mm laser machine handles what used to take mechanical blasting and chemical etching — and every sheet comes out the same. No abrasives, no chemicals, no mess.
A closer look at the stainless steel laser machine
A large 1300×2500mm bed, an M7 60W laser, a rubber vacuum platform, and Syntec follow-up control — the parts that matter when you finish metal sheets all day.

Even matte finishes on metal
Run a full sheet of matte, or pick out a logo and a pattern — and the next sheet matches the last one. That's the part mechanical blasting and chemicals can't hold.

Where it fits your production
Kitchenware & appliances
Sink bowls, range panels, and appliance fronts — matte stainless that hides fingerprints and scratches.
Decorative metal sheets
Wall cladding and elevator panels, finished sheet by sheet to the same brushed-matte look.
Signage & nameplates
Logos, brand marks, and patterns burned straight into the metal — they don't rub off.
Hardware & fittings
Door handles, hinges, and metal fittings with an anti-fingerprint matte feel.
Furniture & fixtures
Frames, trims, and panels for metal furniture, all matched to one finish.
Industrial & OEM parts
Surface prep and matte treatment on components you make for other brands.
Why the finish comes out the same every time
No grit, no chemicals — just a laser, a bed that holds the sheet flat, and a head that follows the surface. That's all it takes to get the same matte on every sheet.

Contactless laser matte finishing
The M7 60W beam textures the metal surface directly. Nothing touches the sheet, nothing wears it down, and there's no grit or chemical to apply first.
- No consumables. No sand, grit, or chemicals to keep buying or pay to dispose of — you buy the machine once.
- Same finish, every sheet. The result doesn't drift batch to batch the way hand blasting does — set it once and the sheets match.

Vacuum-held sheets, follow-up focus
The rubber vacuum bed holds thin metal flat, and the Syntec follow-up head tracks the surface as it moves, so the laser stays in focus right across the 1300×2500mm sheet.
- Holds the sheet flat. The vacuum bed grips thin metal so it doesn't lift, warp, or shift while the laser runs.
- Even corner to corner. The follow-up head adjusts to the surface as it goes, so the finish doesn't fade off at the edges. Takes DXF, AI, and PLT files.
Why shops switch from blasting and etching to laser
Here's how laser stacks up against mechanical blasting and chemical etching — how this machine is put together, and what you get behind it after the sale.
Mechanical sandblasting means abrasive cost, dust, and inconsistent results; chemical etching adds hazardous waste and handling. Here's how laser compares.
| Laser sandblasting | Mechanical blasting / chemical etching | |
|---|---|---|
| Consumables | None — one-time investment | Ongoing cost for abrasives or chemicals |
| Cleanliness | Contactless, dust- & waste-free | Dust, fumes, or hazardous chemical waste |
| Precision | Fine patterns & logos, repeatable | Hard to control, no fine detail |
| Consistency | Identical finish every sheet | Varies by operator and batch |
| Efficiency | Automated, faster throughput | Manual, slower, labor-intensive |
| Safety | No chemicals, low PPE | Protective gear & ventilation required |
What stands behind it
Built for production
The 1300×2500mm bed takes a standard metal sheet in one go — no cutting it down, no repositioning halfway through.
The M7 60W source is built for metal surface work — it runs steady all day and holds up over years of use.
The Syntec follow-up head tracks the surface as it moves, so the finish doesn't fade off toward the edges.
Warranty & trade terms
2-year warranty
A 2-year standard warranty covering the laser source, motion system, and controller — with ongoing technical support after that.
Flexible trade terms
EXW, FOB, or CIF — choose the shipping arrangement that works best for your import process.
Choose your configuration
The full-size bed takes a standard metal sheet in one pass — big enough for most jobs, without taking up the floor space of an oversized machine.
- M7 60W laser source
- Rubber vacuum platform
- Syntec follow-up control
- Fits standard container
A smaller working area for shops handling small parts, samples, and custom orders at lower investment.
- Smaller footprint
- Lower entry investment
- Same M7 laser & vacuum bed
An extended bed for oversized metal panels and high-volume lines that need maximum sheet capacity.
- Extended working area
- Higher-power laser option
- Heavy-duty welded bed
