Why This Machine

Built for a shop counter, not a workshop

Most crystal engraving machines are made for batch production. They sit in one place and run all day. This one goes to where your customers are — a gift shop counter, an event booth.

Someone hands you a photo. You place a crystal blank, upload the file from your phone, and a few minutes later they walk out with their own image engraved inside the crystal. They watch it happen.

A blank costs a few dollars. Finished pieces sell for $20 to $80, depending on size and market. What people pay for is seeing their own photo inside it.

One person can move it

25kg, one trip from the car. No installation — set it on a counter, plug it in, and start.

Air-cooled, no water line

No chiller, no plumbing, nothing to drain before you pack up for the next event.

Blocks and balls

Engrave inside flat-sided crystal blocks with the standard holder, or crystal balls with the optional ball holder.

How It Works

Photo to finished crystal in four steps

01

Upload the photo

Send it from your phone over Wi-Fi, or load it straight on the machine's touchscreen. No computer needed.

02

Place the blank

Drop the crystal into the holder. The position is fixed — nothing to align. A separate ball holder is available for spheres.

03

The laser engraves inside

The 532nm beam passes through the surface and focuses at points inside the crystal. The outside is never marked.

04

Hand it over

Two to five minutes, depending on detail. The customer watches it happen and takes it with them.

No computer in the loop. Send the photo from your phone over Wi-Fi, or load it on the machine's built-in touchscreen. Either way, upload, set, start.
Who It's For

What this machine does well, and what it doesn't

Good fit

  • Gift shops selling personalized photo gifts to walk-in customers
  • Wedding and event suppliers working on-site
  • Souvenir shops in tourist areas, museums, and schools
  • Mall kiosks and pop-up retail with limited counter space
  • Crystal gift resellers handling samples and small orders

Not the best fit

  • High-volume batch production — this does one piece at a time
  • Crystal larger than the 70×70×70mm engraving volume
  • Surface marking or cutting — this engraves inside the material only
  • Fully automatic lines where nobody loads the crystal

Frequently Asked
Does the laser scratch the crystal surface?

No. The 532nm laser passes through the surface without marking it and focuses only at the interior point you specify. The outside stays smooth and clear.

Do I need a computer to use it?

No. The machine has its own touchscreen and a built-in controller. You can also connect a phone over Wi-Fi to upload photos — iOS, Android, Windows and macOS all work, with no drivers to install.

How long does one piece take?

Two to five minutes for a typical piece, depending on photo detail and crystal size. The customer can watch it happen and take it with them.

Can it engrave crystal balls?

Yes. Blocks and cubes use the standard holder. Crystal balls need a dedicated ball holder, which is sold as an option — tell us the ball diameter you work with and we'll confirm the fit.

What are the running costs?

Electricity and the crystal blanks you buy. No ink, abrasives, tubes, or coolant. The solid-state laser is rated past 20,000 hours.

Can I use it at outdoor markets or events?

Yes. At 25kg one person carries it. It runs on any 100–240V outlet, uses air cooling so there's no water line, and needs no special ventilation.

What materials can it engrave?

K9 crystal and optical glass blanks. It engraves 2D photos, 2.5D relief, and 3D GLB models inside the material. For other materials, send us a sample and we'll test it first.

What comes with the machine?

Sample files to practice on, step-by-step operation videos, and WhatsApp support after delivery.
