UV 3D Crystal Laser Engraving Machine — Inside and Surface
Built for small crystal gifts and mixed-material orders. It engraves portraits, logos, and 3D designs inside crystal, then adds names, dates, or fine details on the surface — without buying a separate surface-marking machine.

The products you can sell with one machine
Create portraits and 3D designs inside crystal, add names and logos on the surface, or mark selected acrylic, plastic, and coated materials.

Engrave inside crystal, or mark the surface
Use it for 3D inner engraving in crystal, then switch to surface marking for names, logos, patterns, and fine details.
3D crystal inner engraving
The beam passes through the outer face and releases its energy at the focal point inside the crystal, forming fine points that build the image. Nothing is cut on the outside.
- Up to 60 × 60 × 70 mm
- K9 crystal and optical glass
- Outer surface stays clear and untouched
Surface marking & engraving
Move the focus to the surface instead, and the same laser creates text, logos, frosted patterns, and identification marks on the outside of the piece.
- Crystal, glass, acrylic, plastic, and coated surfaces
- Fine text, logos, patterns, serial numbers
- Send your material — we'll test it before you order
Which machine fits your products?
We build both. The right one depends on your crystal size, the materials you work with, and how much you produce.
| UV laser — 355 nm (this machine) | Green laser — 532 nm | |
|---|---|---|
| Recommended for | Small crystal gifts, fine surface marking, and mixed-material orders | Larger crystal pieces, full 3D models, and regular crystal production |
| 3D engraving area | 60 × 60 × 70 mm | Up to 300 × 400 × 130 mm on the industrial model |
| Applications | Inner engraving in crystal and optical glass; surface marking on glass, acrylic, plastic, and coated materials | 2D and 3D inner engraving in crystal and optical glass |
| Machine setup | Compact — fits a small bench | Built for dedicated crystal production and larger engraving areas |
The UV model is a good fit when…
- You mainly produce keychains, photo blocks, small awards, and souvenirs
- You need both crystal inner engraving and surface marking
- You also take orders for acrylic, plastic, glass, or coated materials
- You're starting a personalized gift line and want a compact machine
Consider another model when…
- Your crystal products are larger than 60 × 60 × 70 mm, or crystal is your main product at daily volume. See the industrial green model →
- You mainly engrave crystal balls and need a rotating fixture. See the crystal ball model →
- You need a light machine for markets, events, or on-site work. See the portable Mini Series →
From a file to a finished piece
Prepare the file
Import your photo, logo, text, or 3D design into the software. DXF, STL, OBJ, and BMP are supported.
Place the workpiece
Set the crystal or part on the table, or in a suitable fixture, and use the positioning function to check the centre.
Preview and set up
Choose inner engraving or surface marking, then use the red light to check the position and working area.
Start the job
Confirm the layout and settings, then begin. Time per piece depends on the material, size, and level of detail.
Choose the right configuration
Three power options, two cooling methods. Here's what separates them.
No external chiller required. A compact option for sample work and lighter daily workloads.
Chosen when more laser power or longer daily operation is needed. A matching chiller is included.
The highest power in the series, for more demanding workloads. Also supplied with a chiller.
| Laser type | 355 nm solid-state UV laser |
| Laser power | 5 W / 10 W / 15 W |
| Cooling — 5W | Air-cooled; no external chiller required |
| Cooling — 10W & 15W | Water-cooled; matching chiller included |
| Processing functions | Crystal inner engraving + surface marking |
| Inner engraving area | 60 × 60 × 70 mm |
| Inner engraving materials | K9 crystal and optical glass |
| Surface marking materials | Glass, acrylic, selected plastics, coated materials |
| Positioning | Red-light preview and positioning function |
| Input files | DXF, STL, OBJ, BMP |
| Warranty | 1 year, whole machine |
The 5W suits a compact, air-cooled setup with lighter daily work. The 10W and 15W are usually chosen for heavier workloads or longer daily operation, and come with a chiller. Which one fits depends on your material, engraving size, and expected output — tell us those and we'll advise.
The 5W is air-cooled and needs no external chiller. The 10W and 15W are water-cooled and are supplied with a matching chiller, which holds the laser at a stable operating temperature.
60 × 60 × 70 mm. That covers small crystal blocks, keychains, souvenirs, photo gifts, and small awards. For larger pieces, our green industrial model goes up to 300 × 400 × 130 mm.
Inner engraving is for K9 crystal and optical glass. Surface marking can also be done on glass, acrylic, selected plastics, and coated materials. Different materials react differently to a UV laser, so we recommend sending a sample for testing before you order.
DXF for vector artwork, STL and OBJ for 3D models, and BMP for images. Photos, logos, text, and 3D designs each need their own preparation before engraving — send us your file and we'll tell you what it needs.
K9 optical crystal, for its clarity and consistency. Results on ordinary glass depend on its composition and optical quality — send a piece and we'll test it.
Yes. We test your material or design before you order and send photos and video of the result. Operation guidance, software training, and online technical support come with the machine.
Bought from overseas, still looked after
A factory behind the machine — not a reseller. Here's what you get.
See the result on your own material before ordering
Send us your photo, design, or a piece of your material, with the size and the effect you need. We'll run it on this machine and send you photos and video of the result.
